Extensions Tab

The Extensions tab of the Integration menu provides interfaces that let you configure integration between your FastSpring Store and various trusted third-party partners, as well enabling and managing the Shipping Fee Calculator and optional Extended Download Service (EDS).


Extensions tab of the Integration menu

Integration with the following third-party partners can be configured on the Extensions Catalog. Click any logo for instructions on setting up integration with your FastSpring Store:

Partner Description
AdRoll logo AdRoll provides retargeting services and remarketing email services.

Bing Ads logo

Bing Ads provides Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay Per Click (PPC)
advertising services.

Google Analytics provides web analytics services that track and report on

Google Tag Manager logo

Google Tag Manager is a tag management system that allows you to update
tags and code snippets on your website and configuration and flag values of

Impact Radius logo

Impact Radius provides affiliate marketing solutions for FastSpring clients.

MailChimp provides email marketing services.

The Extended Download Service, or EDS, is an optional service you can offer to
customers that extends the availability of their product downloads from the default
value of seven days to one year.
 

The Shipping Fee Calculator allows you to collect estimated shipping charges for
orders that includes physical products. 

Configuring AdRoll integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the AdRoll logo.
  2. The AdRoll popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed; two new fields will appear in the window.

  3.  In the AdRoll Advertiseable ID field, enter or paste the AdRoll Advertiseable ID that was generated during SmartPixel setup in your AdRoll account.

  4. In the AdRoll Pixel ID field, enter or paste the AdRoll Pixel ID that was generated during SmartPixel setup in your AdRoll account.
  5. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring Bing Ads integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the Bing Ads logo.
  2. The Bing Ads popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and a new field will appear in the window.

  3. In the Bing Ads Tag ID field, enter or paste your account's Bing Ads Tag ID, which you can obtain from the Campaigns, Goals and Conversions page in your Bing Ads account.

  4. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring Constant Contact integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the Constant Contact logo.
  2. The Constant Contact popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and two new fields will appear.

  3. In the API Key field, enter or paste the API Key provided by Constant Contact for your account.

  4. In the Access Token field, enter or paste the access token for your Constant Contact account.
  5. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring Google AdWords integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the Google AdWords logo.
  2. The Google AdWords popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and a new field will appear in the window.

  3. In the Google Adwords Conversion ID field, enter or paste the Google Adwords Conversion ID that was generated during remarketing setup.

  4. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring Google Analytics integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the Google Analytics logo.
  2. The Google Universal Analytics popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and a new field will apppear in the window.

  3. In the Google Analytics Property ID field, enter or paste the property ID from your Google Analytics account.

  4. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring Google Tag Manager integration

Important

Google Tag Manager integration is an advanced feature that gives you a great deal of power to automate certain processes. FastSpring's integration with Google Tag Manager has been tested extensively and verified to work correctly, but issues can still arise if configuration in your Google Tag Manager account and / or on your pages has not been done correctly. Please see our Google Tag Manager article for detailed information.
  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the Google Tag Manager logo.
  2. The Google Tag Manager popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and a new filed will appear in the window.



  3. In the Google Tag Manager Container ID field, enter or paste the container ID from your Google Tag Manager account.

  4. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring MailChimp integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the MailChimp logo.
  2. The MailChimp popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed, and three new fields will appear in the window.

  3. In the API Key field, enter or paste the API Key found in the "Account" area of your MailChimp account.

  4. In the Unsubscribed List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the list to which you want customers who have unsubscribed to be added, in your MailChimp account.
  5. In the Subscribed List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the list to which you want subscribers added, in your MailChimp account.
  6. In the Abandonment List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the list to which you want email addresses added in your MailChimp account, for customers who abandon the Store without completing a purchase.
  7. Click ENABLE to save your changes.

Configuring UpSellit Integration

  1. On the Extensions Catalog page, click the UpSellit logo.  
  2. The UpSellit popup window will appear. Click SETUP to proceed.

  3. Enter the "usi_launch_code" provided by UpSellit after the registration.
